How can I exchange or return an item I've ordered?Updated 8 months ago

We're sorry if our product didn't meet your expectations! We'd be glad to help you return or exchange your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure your item is in the same condition you received it — unused, with original tags and packaging intact. If you ordered the wrong size or color, don't worry, we've got you covered for an exchange. 

You can send your item back to us within 30 days of purchase.

You can exchange eligible items through our Returns & Exchange Portal. Exchanges can only be made for the same style and price as your current item. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item has a defect. However, Cobian will cover the shipping cost on the new exchanged item.
