If you need to return or exchange an item, visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal on our website. Your item must be in new, unworn, or unused condition, with the original tags and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, but Cobian will cover shipping for the new exchanged item.
To start the return or exchange process, provide your order number and the shipping address zip code when accessing the portal. We have a strict 30-day return policy, and the portal will not accept returns after this time frame.
For exchanges, if the fit is incorrect, select “Item was damaged” as the reason for return during the process. This will place your return “under review,” prompting you to email photos to our customer service team.
