Cobian accepts Returns and Exchanges for items purchased directly at CobianUSA.com. For assistance with Returns and Exchanges of Cobian products purchased directly from a retail partner, contact the store or seller for assistance.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Simply use our self-serve Returns & Exchanges Portal to begin your return. Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus the cost of the return shipping label.

Please remember it can take up to several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges
You can exchange eligible items through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Exchanges can only be made for the same style and price as your current item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs but Cobian will cover the shipping cost on the new exchanged item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
