Cobian sandals come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase. To initiate a warranty claim within this period, please CLICK HERE.

Please note that warranty replacements are subject to Cobian Footwear's discretion. Issues such as wear and tear, misuse, or buyer alterations will be evaluated and approved on a case-by-case basis. Proof of purchase is required for a full replacement, and Cobian reserves the right to inspect the sandals. If your sandals are beyond the 1-year warranty but registered under our Endless Comfort program, you can still submit a claim.

Through our Guarantee/Warranty program, we offer either a free replacement or a 50% discount code for a replacement pair. If your claim is approved, you will receive an email containing a coupon code equivalent to the cost of your defective sandals. You can use this warranty coupon on our website to order a new pair of sandals. Simply enter the code at checkout to redeem it. Please note that shipping is not included in the warranty replacement.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for our Warranty Department to process your claim. The sandals you originally purchased may not be currently available in our inventory.
